HOW TO MAKE A FLOWER GARDEN AT HOME




You may already have an idea where you want to grow your flowering plants. However, you can't just start planting. Getting plants to that suits your yard (preferable flowering plants)
blossoms and gives the home a very colourful and bright look. Ways in which you can get a good looking garden is by;

* GETTING A GOOD SOIL


    Flowers like most plants needs good soil to grow up healthy and strong. Nevertheless, planting in a pot or in a yard requires a very good soil like the organic humus, or soil gotten from coirpeats. Till up the soil to make it easy for water to get in.

* GET PLANTS


  Visit a local gardening shop to decide on the flowering plants that suits your garden. Growing from sseds, a small plant or a cutting requires almost similar procedures, so focus on flowers that you enjoy and that will add beautiful appearance to the garden.
Look if the plant is an annual or perennial plants you could also ask for help to know more about annual and perennial. After getting the plant;

*GET MANURE/FERTILIZER


    Manure is very helpful for the growth of plants. It is not only good for the growth but it also helps the petals of the flowering plant blossom more often. It could be gotten from animal waste like cow dung, pigs, chicken, horses, green manure (uprooted or sown crops) e.t.c.
Feeding your flowers with few spoons of fertilizer can also help.


*PLACE THE PLANT


  Place each plant into the individual holes prepared for them. Gently fill up the empty spaces around the flowering plant and cover the top of the root ball. 
Note: avoid adding much soil on the top of the flower and the stem of the plant should never be covered.


*WATER PROPERLY.


   After planting, watering the plant is another important way to care for your home plant. Wetting the plant throughly helps the plant gain staminer for the first time but as time goes on early morning and evening with moderate wetting yet keeping the leaves dry is recommended. Moreover, unless there is constant rainfall, you can skip wetting the plant. You can get either a watering can or a sprinkler to get the work done.
